Interoperability Protocol

RELART uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3.5.0.5, which natively incorporates the OAI-PMH 2.0 (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) protocol as an interoperability standard for the exposure and harvesting of metadata from its publications.

The OAI-PMH protocol enables the bibliographic metadata of articles published by RELART to be automatically harvested by institutional repositories, directories, indexes, and other scientific information systems, thereby enhancing interoperability, visibility, and dissemination.

RELART makes its metadata available to harvesting services through this protocol, in accordance with the standards established by the Open Archives Initiative (OAI).
