Cyclops Syndrome is a pathological finding due to a fibrous nodule adjacent to the ACL reconstruction, preventing full knee extension. Several risk factors have been suggested including a narrow intercondylar notch, the use of double bundle quadriceps tendon graft, postoperative active full extension loss and hamstring contraction. Cyclops Syndrome can be misdiagnosed when clinical presentation is atypical, late or even when associated injuries are found in the MRI findings. The aim of this present investigation is to report a case series of Cyclops Syndrome of late presentation, with full range of motion recovery and function after arthroscopic debridement of the lesion.
