Clinical practice and research are strengthened through collaboration. In Latin America, the growth of multicenter studies and joint projects reflects an increasingly mature scientific community capable of producing relevant evidence. Faced with shared challenges, collaboration becomes essential to improve the quality of knowledge. RELART plays a key role as an accessible platform for disseminating research in Spanish and fostering regional exchange. Looking ahead, expanding collaborative networks and strengthening institutional support will be crucial to building a collective science that addresses local needs and advances orthopedics and traumatology in the region.
