Digital Preservation
RELART adopts a digital preservation policy aimed at ensuring permanent, secure, and long-term access to its published content.
The journal uses the distributed preservation systems LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS), which create redundant copies of content across multiple participating institutions to ensure its preservation and recovery in the event of data loss.
In addition, the journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project for scholarly journals published through Open Journal Systems (OJS).
These initiatives ensure the long-term availability, integrity, and preservation of the articles published in RELART, even in the event of an interruption of the journal's publishing platform services.
